Almost 20 years ago, after spending a day picking berries
and encouraging her 18-month old daughter to try just one strawberry, Carol
went into the depths of Ann Arbor's Arboretum to photograph wildflowers.
After taking a snapshot of this plant, Carol turned and saw Katherine happily
eating the berries of this plant. The plant was identified as a honeysuckle
species after Katherine's stomach was pumped. An unforgettable painting.
