All have been used by Oceanographers Curt
Ebbesmeyer and Jim Ingraham in their efforts to solve the mysteries of
the ocean currents. |

All are discussed in Dr. Ebbesmeyer's upcoming
book on ocean currents, which is being illustrated by Carol.
The most challenging of the illustrations may be Barnacle Bill, the
one-armed barnacle-encrusted skeleton in a survial suit which washed ashore
in Oahu.
